| In-stock items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of order receipt and delivered within approximately 7-10 days If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks. Standard ground shipments will be sent via the US Postal Service and should arrive in seven to ten days. Priority delivery is offered through United Parcel Service and is subject to variation in price determined by the distance involved. | We guarantee our products to be devoid of technical defects. You have 30 days to return a defective tape for a free replacement. You may also obtain a refund on an unopened videotape.
